Avery is 5 months old (born 11/11/11) and was diagnosed with Type 1 Spinal Muscular Atrophy. She has been given 18 months to live. Her parents have made her a bucket list for the next 18months. It includes milestones in every child’s life - from sitting up, meeting Santa Claus, losing a tooth, visiting college and more.
